John Voss and the dealer sales manager Justin worked very hard on the deal and did an outstanding job in helping us close our EV lease on a new Chevrolet Equinox. John consistently helped in moving the deal forward and Justin was really great in working through the lease details.

You are doing all you can. It's on GM to figure out how to fix this problem.

bought the undercoat and rust proof package and was told it would be completely undercoated. the fender wells were not undercoated, i would think this is part off the underside of vehicle that would get undercoated as this seams to be a problem area for rusting in trucks . people were friendly but feel misled about the undercoat and rust proofing

I had an appointment to get some sensors checked…I was there for 2 HOURS! Just for them to tell me I needed a new battery..I think 6 people came and went in the waiting room while I was there…
