I had my front brake on my traverse 2 months before this oil change. Your tech said by spring i will need new brakes on my front. He also said I will need new tires too. The tire i bought from yemm 2.5 years ago. Now he said i need new tires to. I really think this tech needs to stop pencil wiping and start looking at what he is doing.

Not sure if my car was even driven ( due to mileage) to see if problem would repeat itself

Bought a 22 Silverado trail boss on July 22,2025 with18392 miles. It has been in the shop twice, because of the battery being dead. When they check it, they say nothing wrong with battery, and warranty does not cover unless it tests bad. They suggest we don’t drive it enough. Well if we don’t know if it will start or not, I certainly don’t want to drive it very far. Suggested we get a trickle down charger. Not on a vehicle I just bought. My guess is it is original battery and needs replaced. So every time it will not start you will be getting a call to come get it.
